Preppy Pet Suites to host animal adoption event

FITCHBURG - Preppy Pet Suites, a cage-free doggie daycare and boarding facility at 147 John Fitch Highway, will host an Open House and Adoption Event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. The public is welcome to tour the recently renovated facility.

There will be free raffles with prizes, games for people and pets, samples, snacks, coupons and giveaways.

Local dogs available for adoption will be present from the City of Fitchburg Animal Shelter, as well as information about ACE-Fitchburg, the volunteer group that supports the shelter.

Kit Kat Photography will be taking pet portraits, with proceeds going toward ACEFitchburg/ City of Fitchburg Shelter Dogs. Cheryl Ruf will offer complimentary Reiki services for pets.
